This return policy applies to our floristry and bouquet design business operating in Great Britain. We are based in Southampton, England, and deliver bouquets, wedding florals, and flower subscriptions across England, Scotland, and Wales. Because flowers are perishable, our return policy for bouquets and floral arrangements is limited as set out below. These terms apply to all customers in the UK who purchase our floristry services.
Bouquets and Arrangements
We do not accept returns of cut flowers or bouquets once they have been delivered or collected anywhere in Great Britain. This applies to all bouquet and floral arrangement orders sent to addresses in England, Scotland, or Wales. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours with details and, where possible, a photo. We will work with you to put it right, which may include a replacement or partial refund depending on the case. Our Southampton studio can assist with any issues relating to bouquet delivery in the UK.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your flower subscription at any time. We will not charge you for deliveries after the cancellation date. Refunds are not given for deliveries already made. Subscription deliveries are made across Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) as agreed at sign-up. If you have a flower subscription and are located in the UK, you may pause or cancel via our contact details; no refunds apply to past subscription deliveries.
Wedding and Event Orders
For wedding and event florals in Great Britain, cancellation terms will be set out in your order confirmation. Deposits may be non-refundable after a certain date. Please refer to your agreement with us. Wedding flower and event floristry bookings for venues in England, Scotland, or Wales are subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking.
